AKAYLOSE is marketed in white to cream colored powder.
It is tasteless odourless, readily soluble in water by dissolves faster in hot water forming almost colorless,
transparent, viscous, polyelectrolyte liquid.
It has the following functions and properties.

- OIL WELL DRILLING: AKAYLOSE LVG & HVG, ELV
- AKAYLOSE is used in Oil Well Drilling moods as a filtrate reducing agent.
- It minimizes the deflucculation effects in mud, maintains the fluidity
of the mud by reducing its water loss at moderate viscosity and reduces
absorption of water from the mud stream in shale formations.
- AKAYLOSE acts
as a protective colloid in reducing water losses for different drilling moods
as sweet water mud,
saline mud, moods based on oil emulsion, gypsum lime and also moods modified with liquerfiers

- PAINTS : AKAYLOSE TH, PH, PPH
- Akaylose is used by paint industries for their formulation of dry and
oil bound distemper, plastic emulsion paints, sand colors etc. It is
very useful thickener because of its film forming property.
- It acts as an excellent emulsion stabilizer, effective binder, controls viscosity,
has good pigment binding property, good thickening, dispersing and
suspending agent, smooth flow etc.
- It is easily soluble in water, physiologically inert does not decomposes rapidly.

power to the ceramic industries.

- TEXTILES AKAYLOSE TM & PH
- Akaylose is used by textile industries for sizing, finishing and printing.
- Akaylose forms a film on the fabric which gives a smooth continuos, highly
pliable state.
- It also has excellent binding property by which friction,
breakage, stoppage etc are reduced during weaving.
- It is an excellent
thickener for painting paste, which leads to better penetration of color
into the fabric giving sharp impressions.
